Tammey Brown grew up in Montana and moved to ND after leaving a very abusive marriage. Almost 15 years later she married a second time and after 20 years in that relationship, completely drained of her creativity, passion and confidence she left. Exhausted, overwhelmed, depleted, rejected and lost she set out to reconnect with her passionate, creative self and to share with others along the way.

About Me

Hi there! I’m Tammey, the founder and creator of InspirationToUnstuck.com.

I created this site because I know how it feels to be stuck in a rut, unsure of how to move forward. For many years, I struggled with depression, lack of direction, feeling unfulfilled in my career, and completely drained of creativity. It was frustrating, but through self-reflection, personal growth work, and finding the right resources, I was able to break free and rediscover my passion and purpose.

Now, my mission is to help others who are feeling stuck, uninspired or uncertain about their path in life. Here at InspirationToUnstuck.com, you’ll find content/resources, motivational articles, personal development tips, journaling prompts, etc. to support you on your journey of self-discovery and growth. Anything I would have found helpful when I was on the journey to finding my creativity, I’ll share here.

I strongly believe that we all have the power within us to create the life we want. Sometimes we just need a little guidance, inspiration and accountability to get unstuck and take that first step forward. That’s where I come in.

Through my own experiences and extensive research, I’ve developed practical, actionable strategies to help you:
